As part of the International Institute of Cosmetology’s graduation ceremonies at the Aqua Turf in Plantsville, Conn., students from the Plainville, Conn. and Wethersfield, Conn. offered a runway show where they showed their hair creations that demonstrated what they learned at the local institution.
