How would you describe your style aesthetic?
Rustic with a little bit of vintage.
What inspired you to be a designer?
As a child, I grew up watching my mother sew our clothes for school. I gave up a couples of art sholarships. But as the years went by, I found myself redirecting myself in the art/fashion world. Fashion has always been in my heart.
Who is your fashion icon and why?
Coco Chanel because I see a little bit of myself in her story. She never gave up believing her brand and always had a statement in her brand that made her different from everyone else.
What celebrity—living or dead—or fictional character would you like to dress and what would you make for them?
I would like to dress Beyonce. I would love to create a liberal garment that represents her new album. I feel that it represents my rustic/vintage designs.
