For an afternoon, dreams were within reach.
And by the end of the day, there was the possibility a star or two was born.
On Aug. 26, “Get Discovered Model and Actor Showcase” was held at Westbrook Outlets in Westbrook, Conn. A steady stream of potential models and actors of all ages walked before casting agents from New York Model Management, LA Model Management, and John Casablancas.
Some came from a stone’s throw from the outlet center on the Connecticut shoreline. Others traveled from as far as Hawaii and Europe to get their shot at getting signed to a talent contract.
