Tasteful fashion with a capital ‘T’

The event was called “Taste of Fashion.”
The clothes unveiled by Connecticut designer Troy Anthony fit that title to a “T.”
And that “T” stood for tasteful.
Anthony knows his clients well. With the selection of fabrics, patterns, and silhouettes on Saturday’s runway, it was clear the Troy Anthony woman is mature, sophisticated, and feminine. The looks at the Keeney Memorial Cultural Center in Wethersfield, Conn. would look at home at a church in the Northwest Hills of the Nutmeg State on a Sunday morning, at a cocktail party in West Hartford, the corporate boardrooms in Stamford, or the halls of the General Assembly in Hartford.
This is what guests in Wethersfield saw on the runway at Taste of Fashion (along with some behind the scenes activity).
