The Watters family of bridal wear offered up a youthful, nearly-Bohemian collection for spring summer at The Knot Couture during New York Bridal Fashion Week on Oct. 5.
In a runway show for buyers, the southern-based brand presented mostly sleek silhouettes that would appeal to brides who want to look “cool” as they walked down the aisle. There werejust a few scatter shot offerings of more voluminous skirts. Many offered daring plunges, albeit presented with nude privacy panels.
Watters seemed to be focusing on brides seeking a certain look rather than offering a broad jack-of-trades approach to design.
