Competition winner Glow-Art sets fashion aglow

Ron Vestal was the second-place design winner for the Magnifique Showcase held Aug. 29 at the Black Fox Resort in Pigeon Forge, Tenn.

Magnifique competitions featurs models, designers and photographers from across the U.S. It is produced by Victoria Henley from “America’s Next Top Model,” Cycle 19.

Vestal, from York, Penn., is the brains behind Glow-Art (Glow-Art.com). Glow-Art offers art and photography on the clothing of the consumer’s choice.

Vestal describes his work as God source-inspired photography. He also works with specialty make up, specialty lighting and Specialty editing techniques to create an “other-worldly photographic experience.”

The brand was launched in 2013. Since then, Vestal has done over 85 NEON Body Paint shoots and been published more than 20 times in several countries around the world. He studied radio, television and film at The Pennsylvania State University.

He has worked in the cable television industry, owns a photography studio and an art gallery, Second Saturday Art Gallery.
