The Miss Connecticut Teen USA contestants demonstrated that they weren’t going to be held by the COVID-19 quarantine 15 as they participated in the fitness wear category at the preliminary competition held June 5 in Windsor, Conn.
The competition returned after a year off due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
