Alejandra Torregrosa Jimenez got an early start in the world of modeling.

Now 12, her first opportunity to work as a model came at age 7 when she participated in “The Malls of America Model and Talent Search Competition” in Fort Worth, Texas. Alejandra ended up being selected as the runner-up in the 5-15-year-old category.

From there, Alejandra started modeling for her aunt’s studio, Xtrike A Pose Photography.

Alejandra also took classes in runway fashion modeling and worked with a runway coach. She found her way to some runway competitions before catching the attention of former “America’s Next Top Model” contestant Victoria Henley. Henley asked her to participate in the Magnifique Runway Show and Competition being held in Pigeon Forge, Tenn. and later in Gulfport, Miss.

In 2021, she put her runway skills to work at New York Fashion Week, walking for AMOT Apparel and Young Gods.

Alejandra also has been putting her modeling skills to work doing some fashion editorial work, Alejandra was a featured model at CTFashionMag.com and was published in Ylle Fashion Magazine, the ModStyle and Haute Ohio Fashion Magazine.

“In my modeling career so far, I have been lucky to meet and work with awesome people and wonderful models who enhance the modeling world with their difference,” said Alejandra.

“When I get older, along with my modeling and acting, I would love to be a fashion designer like my grandma who was a fashion designer and model in Puerto Rico,” Alejandra said. “I would love to keep her memory alive through my fashions and I do hope that I am making her proud of me up from heaven.”

In October 2021, Alejandra moved from Texas to Cleveland, Ohio to further her modeling career so she could work with her manager Jackie Bertolette of Discovered Model and Scouting Management.

In March, Alejandra will be expanding her reach beyond fashion. She has a movie and commercial set for production.
