During the Miss Connecticut USA finals, the outgoing Miss Connecticut USA Jenna Hofmann and Miss Connecticut Teen USA Daviana Plaza gave the audience in Windsor on May 24 a peek at the state costumes they wore at the national competition.
Hofmann’s costume paid tribute to Connecticut’s top tourist attraction Mystic Seaport. Plaza’s costume paid tribute to Connecticut’s legendary Charter Oak.
