Guests to Outloud IV came to experience style — as fashion shows by Zubair and R.A.W. by Kelly were waiting in the wings. But they also came to exhibit their personal style at the event, which was held at Parkville Market in Hartford on Aug. 22. Whether they took to the runway for the cameras or posed in front of the myriad of step-and-repeats throughout the venue, the audience members clearly came to slay.
