Fashion Week CT made sure Tea Montgomery, the designer behind Threads by Tea, stays a busy man. After several appearances at New Haven Fashion Week, the Connecticut designer returned to help open another Nutmeg State fashion event.
Fashion Week Connecticut opened at the New Haven City Hall on Oct. 13. For the occasion, Montgomery announced he created an additional garment for the runway show just an hour before curtain time.
