The shows of Middlesex Fashion Week were still waiting in the wings. But to kick the style festivities off, the organizers of the fashion week had a networking event at Yu’s Fusion on Main Street in Middletown on May 8. And in the midst of apps and cocktails, the models took to the aisles for a makeshift runway walk.
