Rasa Djiounas is the current Mrs. Connecticut America. She traveled to Las Vegas on Aug. 20 for this year’s Mrs. America competition, which is holding its finals on Aug. 27.
Prior to her departure, she visited Southington, Conn. for a send-off party with her two predecessors in the Mrs. Connecticut program: Kimberly Beaudoin and Alysson Genovese. Other family members and friends also attended a gathering poolside before departing for dinner in a stretch limo.
