by MIKE CHAIKEN: If there’s a fashion show, of course, there is going to be a bustle of activity hours before show time in the hair and makeup room. At The Look CT on Oct. 11 in the New England Air Museum in Windsor Locks, hair and makeup artists swooped in to transform a team of models of all ages and prep them to walk the runway.
Meanwhile, the designers could be found in the dressing room, fitting models for their garments, and prepping their garments with some last minute stitching and occasional steaming.
The annual fashion event was organized by Tina Kiniry Management and featured 16 designers on the catwalk.
