The teen program at the Greater Waterbury YMCA presented a fashion show on April 19 that celebrated the elements.
Dubbed “Elemental,” the fashion show held in downtown Waterbury offered a variety of moods as the teen models styled their own looks to fit the theme of each segment of the fashion show.
