The delegates for Miss Connecticut all wore black during their opening introduction at the finals on Saturday, June 28. But each delegate put their own elegant spin on their selections.
The competition was held at the Ridgefield Playhouse, Ridgefield.
The winner, Cayla Kumar, will now go on to compete for Miss America in Orlando starting Sept. 2.
