Budding newscaster Amanda Simmons made her (more or less) pageant debut at this year’s National American Miss (NAM) regionals in Springfield, Mass. in July. And the Hebron, Conn. resident walked away as this year’s Miss Connecticut.
The University of Hartford student heads to the nationals in Orlando, Fla. this November.
