Heather Jourdeans, featured in this model profile, is a personal trainer and a real estate agent who is proving it’s never too late to reinvent one’s self.
A former communications professor and high school teacher, the recent winner at Magnifique Showcase discovered fitness later in life, transforming her own health and strength before helping busy professionals over 30 do the same—without giving up dessert (because “life’s too short to skip cheesecake,” she said). Heather said her approach blends science-backed training, macro-based nutrition, and mindset coaching to help clients gain strength, drop inches, and rediscover confidence.
Beyond the gym, Heather is a licensed real estate agent in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
Heather’s also been featured in national print campaigns and will be walking the runway at New York Fashion Week this year, merging strength and style into everything she does.
Whether she’s lifting in the gym, closing a real estate deal, or strutting the catwalk, Heather said her “mission is clear: to inspire others to show up as the boldest, most unstoppable version of themselves.”
