When Lindiana Frangu, Miss Connecticut’s Outstanding Teen, unveiled her wardrobe for the national pageant at her farewell party, the guests were told all was hush-hush.
No one at the event prior to Miss America’s Outstanding Teen was allowed to photograph the garments (the press was asked to embargo the photographs till the national event was underway). Social media especially was a no-no.
But now that Frangu is home and returning to her Miss Connecticut’s Outstanding Teen duties, it’s safe to share what she wore at the national event in Orlando, Fla. last month.
