New Haven fashion fixture, Donald Carter Kouture, made a firm declaration of style at the ITS the Room fashion show held at the Connecticut Post Mall in Milford.
ITS the Room is a boutique at the mall that showcases Black creators and Black brands. The runway show followed the same philosophy.
