Rap, yes. But, defense is a must

S.B. The Anomoly is a rapper, yes. But he also is a protector.

The Bronx-born artist recently held a self-defense class for model Victoria Henley. He went over basic techniques that could help her — and the models from Magnifique Showcase — evade dangerous situations.

S.B. has practiced martial arts for over 30 years. In an email message, he said he loves to share what he has learned with women because he feels everyone should know how to defend themselves and their loved ones, “especially women who tend to be a target for people who lack respect and feel they are easy to prey upon. We must protect women at all costs.”

S.B. is the MC of the international hip hop group, TheEyeconics along with DJ K Pryme. Besides being a self-defense coach and recording artist, S.B.’s resume also includes poet, motivational speaker, author, model, stunt man and choreographer.

S.B. stands for S.t.e.a.l.t.h B.o.m.b.e.r, which he said he chose because people always underestimate him since his abilities often are camouflaged by his calm demeanor and image. The “Anomoly” came from the fact that he is proficient in several genres of entertainment and skill sets, he explained.
