For newly minted model Crystal Roman, faith is key.
Describing herself as a “Christian” model, the recent participant in Victoria Henley’s Magnifique Showcase said, “I am humbled to be able to embark on this extraordinary journey. At 33 years old, I have risen above so many obstacles throughout my lifetime to be living proof through God all things are possible.”
Crystal said she went “into the United States Air Force through the Reserve Officer Training Corps at 17 and (signed) myself out of foster care at 18 — among other types of experiences endured throughout life… (Now I am) working within social services at a state government level… (and) currently (am) a program development specialist within the state of Missouri.”
Magnifique, she said, was her first experience on the runway as a model.
