Hartford Fashion Week soars into 2nd season as VIPs watch

The second season of Hartford Fashion Week kicked off on Thursday as VIPs gathered to mingle over wine, cupcakes, and got to see a preview of what’s to come with a mini-runway show featured a piece from each designer that will show Friday and Saturday night at Union Station.

In addition to seeing a sneak preview of the featured designers at Hoffman Audi in East Hartford, Conn., the show featured a mini-runway show from New York designer, Zoe Clark and a couple of vendors that will be attending Sunday’s accessories event at Union Station.

The designers this year are: Theo’s of Hartford; Troy Anthony; Crinkled Chiffon; ShirleyMarie; Saints by S.J.; FasChinn; Zoe Ilana Grinfeld; LàMoo Designs; EKBallroom; and Matthew Reisman.

Hartford Fashion Week will be held at Union Station in Hartford, Conn. On Oct. 14 and 15, there will be runway shows. On Oct. 16, there will be a trade show.
