Elizabeth Park on the Hartford/ West Hartford at Prospect Streett and Asylum Avenue is a popular destination in the most lackluster of times as people zoom in on the location to take in the flowers, especially the world-famous roses.
This weekend, however, will be really hopping as the park celebrates Rose Weekend.
Model Emmy Lugo got close to the roses before the crowds on a recent fashion shoot.
