Miss Connecticut’s Outstanding Teen Lindiana Frangu jumped in head-on in the second night of preliminary competition at the Miss America’s Outstanding Teen contest in Orlando Wednesday night.

Frangu already has competed in the private interview behind the scenes. On Tuesday night, she competed in evening gown and onstage question.

Wednesday night, Frangu showed off her physical strength and endurance in the Lifestyle and Fitness category at the Orange County Convention Center. Frangu, dressed in a bright red workout outfit, not only had to perform the designated exercise routine before judges, but before she stepped up in front of the judges, demonstrating her strength, flexibility, she had to perform a prelude routine with the teens in the group. Immediately afterward, she and the entire collective of 51 contestants had to perform a choreographed group dance number demonstrating their fitness skills.

To open the show, Frangu joined a dance routine with the other 50 contestants dressed in a stylish, flapper-inspired dress from Tony Bowls Designs. At the end of the night, Frangu was able to wear once again the dark blue evening gown she competed in on Tuesday night.

This is what the crowd saw from the Woodbury, Conn. teen, and the former Miss Bristol’s Outstanding Teen.
