When you see them compete for a crown, evening gowns, cocktail dresses, business attire, and swimsuits are the uniforms of necessity. But what do titleholders wear when the sash and crown are stashed away.
Meet Sylvana Gonzalez, Miss New Britain of the Miss America Organization.
“I would describe my personal style to be as unpredictable as Connecticut’s weather when transitioning seasons! I am always drawn to what makes me feel my most confident depending on the day– whether that may be yogas and athletic shirts, or a classy blouse with high waisted pants, I am always trying new styles. At home, I trade my active clothes for soft leggings and cotton t-shirts. Lounge wear is the best.”
Titleholders interested in being featured in “Stashing the sash fashion,” email firstname.lastname@example.org.
