A satire of high school life and teenage cliques served to frame the latest collection of the House of Barretti at Society Fashion Week  during New York Fashion Week on Sept. 11.

Teen designer Isabelle Barrett offered an atypical fashion show. Instead of just having her teen and tween models walk the catwalk, she also provided a series of skits that lifted inspiration from “Clueless” and “Legally Blonde” as it skewered the social classes of high school.

Cher Horowitz from “Clueless” and Elle Woods from “Legally  Blonde” also served as style inspirations for the fashions presented to NYFW fashionistas.

Additionally, Barrett provided a touch of the late Jackie Kennedy’s favorite designer, Oleg Cassini, in her style mix.
